Frank Jeanson is uniquely qualified to conduct the annual training required under Title 40, CFR, Ch. I and Title 49 CFR, Ch. H.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Mississippi  with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  Frank also has a Law Degree from the University of Houston.  Frank is a Masters Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).  He has been a CHMM for 21 years.

Frank has worked in the several capacities in the Environmental arena for the past 24 years.  He has worked in the Chemical Industry, the Refining Industry, the Lubricants Business, and the Oil Exploration and Production area.  He is an experienced auditor and has audited over 150 waste disposal facilities from hazardous waste incinerators to oil recycling facilities.  Frank has managed waste disposal, recycling, waste water, air and environmental reporting for a variety of industries.
